How do you decide whether to repair or replace deteriorated concrete?
We start with a condition survey — assessing crack depth, spalling, delamination, and the state of the reinforcing steel. Structural concrete is usually far more economical to repair and restore than to demolish and replace, and repair extends service life while avoiding the downtime of a full tear-out. We only recommend replacement when damage is beyond durable repair.
Do you handle both structural and non-structural repairs?
Yes. We self-perform the full range, from cosmetic crack and joint repair to full structural work — beams, columns, double-tees, waffle slabs, and post-tension slabs — using engineered repair mortars and reinforcement systems.
Can you work while our facility stays in operation?
In most cases, yes. We phase the work and use rapid-curing, fast-return-to-service materials to keep areas open and minimize disruption to your operations.
